REFUND POLICY

Although we strive for the highest quality here at Imani Amelle, we understand faults may happen. 

Should your item(s) be damaged in transit, are faulty, or if your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately so we are aware of your return and send the item back with the original packaging within 14 days of receiving your goods. You may be required to send in photos of the damaged good(s). This is the only circumstance in which we will provide a refund.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 10 working days and will exclude postage. We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for any lost item(s). Returns postage is paid for by the customer, unless we have erred (we've sent you the wrong item). 

Please be aware, tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact, perfumes, bleaching, heat exposure and general wear and tear is not a fault. Please see our jewellery care instructions on how to properly care for your item(s).

Please note personalised orders and earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.  

If you are returning goods from outside the UK please write on the customs declaration it is a return of unwanted goods. Any customs duties charged to us for returning the goods back will be deducted from your refund.
